Mr. Claudio made it easy for us to do our house renovation. My wife and I have never done construction before and appreciated the 'hand-holding' to make it happen pretty smoothly. He had good vision to help transform our house, taking down a wall and addressing our biggest priority of making our house flow better. His detailed work helped our contractors to do the job accurately. Since its completion, we now can more easily access the backyard, have a stronger connection between the back and front of the house, have direct access to the garage, have a brighter, larger bathroom, have a better office area/bedroom with lots of natural light, and the house actually feels larger! We highly recommend Angelo Claudio, for both his skills and temperament. He is very detailed and thorough, which we appreciated. It made us feel reassured that the design was optimal and holistic, so that every component would complement each other. We were only going to do our addition once, so we wanted it to be done right and last a long time. These traits also led to the permit being granted in one week and without any corrections, and helped with contractor selection, weeding out the contractors unfamiliar with detailed design. We really enjoyed working with him as it was collaborative. We could bring our ideas and he would try to make it work, but never shy and always respectful when it came to refining, improving, or even rejecting some of those ideas. He was very patient with all the different iterations of the plan to optimize the space we had, but he also enjoyed it too. Finally, he is also very down to earth, so he was just a pleasure to work with. We look forward to collaborating with him on other projects to enhance the house.
